AC500 Ceiling System

The AC500 is a smaller raft system that offers a lightweight suspended ceiling with a modular aesthetic and the flexibility to integrate services. This ceiling system has been designed for a smooth, speedy installation.

The rafts are available in 600x600mm modules and in standard sizes up to 1200x2400mm.

The AC500 is suitable for education, commercial and retail spaces that require a suspended ceiling solution that combines functionality and an architectural appearance.

AC500 Ceiling System

The panels for this system are constructed from sustainable steel or aluminium, and there’s a choice of expanded mesh pattern.

The AC500 can be supplied with optional black fleece acoustic infills to help reduce noise in busy environments.

Powder coating is the standard finish for this system, and the colours include White (RAL 9010), Silver (RAL 9006) and Black (RAL 9005).

The AC500 Series can be powder coated in any RAL colour, RAL Design colour, or bespoke powder coat finish. Standard colours include RAL 9005 Black, RAL 9010 White, and RAL 9006 Aluminium Silver.

Acoustic performance is available using acoustic pads to achieve up to 42 dB, depending on the ceiling tile and configuration.
