- Woven on a four heddle loom, the Banker Wire TW-1 wire mesh pattern is our first Twill weave offering. Each wire is woven in an over 2, under 2 manner creating a distinct alternating diagonal repeat pattern when viewed at an angle.The square twill wire mesh pattern opens the door to a brand new dimension in wire mesh fabrics. - SPZ-52 is a unique fine scale rectangular woven wire mesh pattern that can be woven in a wide range of alloys. Crushed warp wires and gently formed cross wires give this wire mesh a unique “Up-Close” design detail while providing a far away transparent metallic skin appearance.
- The Banker Wire M22-83 architectural woven wire mesh pattern uses a pair of nested helical crimped woven wire to define the circular mesh shape. The unique reflective surfaces of the circle mesh is doubled in perfect unison. This pattern is slightly smaller in scale than the larger M22-80.The double woven wire pattern adds strength to this weave and is a great option for railings, screen walls, space dividers, and signage, plus many other interior or exterior design applications.
