Introducing JDL x Amron

When you share the same little black book of customers, it makes perfect business sense to offer them a one stop shop! So here it is, a collaboration Amron are proud to be a part of; JDL x Amron.

Like us, JDL (John Desmond Ltd), fabricators and installers of specialist architectural metalwork, work on projects where exceptionally high standards of architectural detailing is critical. So, when we were approached with the idea of working together, it was an opportunity too good to refuse!

What is the collaboration?

Fabricated from stainless steel; our selection of architectural mesh products from Amron offer a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) colouring process from JDL, with the end-product being a durable, practical metal mesh in a range of aesthetic colours.

What is PVD?

Physical Vapour Deposition is a versatile coating technique used to deposit thin films of various materials including metal mesh onto a surface. This process involves the physical transfer of material from a source to a substrate using vacuum and energy.

The PVD mesh is available in a wide range of decorative pattern options which can be fabricated, folded, and fixed into a variety of designs suitable for signage, retail, exhibition fittings, home improvements, room dividers and even garden landscaping. The PVD mesh is inherently fire-retardant making it suitable for all interior and exterior building applications. It’s strong and resistant to high winds, and is therefore suitable for security screens, staircase balustrades, fire escape cladding and building-site fencing. And it doesn’t stop there… it also has a high corrosion resistance, making the mesh suitable for marine and coastal locations, which includes yachts and cruise ships.
