A Dynamic and Engaging Environment

Designed to encourage interaction at every level, the building incorporates a wide range of flexible and collaborative spaces. These include open-plan working areas, breakout zones, a visualisation centre, an auditorium and a dedicated fabrication lab. At the heart of the building sits the ‘Oculus’—a striking, sculptural staircase that acts as both a focal point and a physical connector between floors. Additional features, such as an events pod, further enhance the building’s ability to host and nurture creative exchange.

Bespoke wellTEC® Solution

Amron Architectural worked closely with Hawkins Brown, Taunton Fabrications and Bouygues to deliver a tailored façade and balustrade solution. Our W-20/50 profiled wellTEC® was specified for both the balustrades surrounding the Oculus staircase and the cladding of the events pod. The sinusoidal profile, combined with an R5T7 perforation pattern, creates a visually engaging surface that enhances light, transparency and movement throughout the space.

A Bold and Vibrant Finish

The wellTEC® panels were powder-coated by Taunton Fabrications in RAL 2002 ‘Vermillion’, delivering a bold and energetic aesthetic. The vibrant finish adds a strong visual identity to key architectural elements, reinforcing the building’s creative purpose while ensuring durability and longevity. The result is a cohesive and striking design that reflects the innovative spirit of the Spark Building.
