Metaverse VR, a leading innovator in virtual reality technology, embarked on a mission to create a cutting-edge workplace that embodies its brand ethos and supports its diverse operational needs.
Collaborating with Blue Jelly, renowned for their expertise in bespoke workspace design, Metaverse VR aimed to seamlessly integrate desk-based work areas with state-of-the-art facilities for training the Royal Navy and conducting VR simulations.
Metaverse’s Project Challenges
Metaverse VR faced several challenges in designing its new workplace. Firstly, they needed to accommodate both desk-based work activities and intensive naval training simulations within the same space without compromising functionality or productivity. Additionally, they sought to instill the essence of the Metaverse VR brand identity throughout the workspace, creating a cohesive and visually striking environment that reflects their futuristic vision.
Blue Jelly collaborated closely with Metaverse VR to devise a comprehensive solution that addressed their multifaceted requirements. The project involved the construction of new structures to house two complex ship simulators tailored specifically for Royal Navy training. These simulators boasted immersive multi-screen setups and authentic ship controls, providing a realistic training environment for naval personnel.
Collaborating with Proform Interiors and Blue Jelly our AC100 suspended ceiling system was selected for the reception area.
Bringing The Vision To Life
In addition to the simulators, Blue Jelly oversaw the creation of essential facilities such as a boardroom, director’s office, demo classroom, control suite, and two breakout areas. These spaces were meticulously designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and productivity among Metaverse VR’s team members while also serving as versatile venues for client meetings and presentations.
The implementation phase of the project was marked by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Throughout the workspace, the Metaverse VR brand identity was seamlessly integrated, with the company emblem etched into custom acoustic panels and glass walls. Floor-to-ceiling graphics adorned feature walls, reinforcing the brand’s futuristic aesthetic, and creating an immersive atmosphere.
Collaborating with Proform Interiors and Blue Jelly our AC100 suspended ceiling system was selected for the reception area. The system, featuring expanded mesh tiles, was chosen for its simplicity and effectiveness in installation, ensuring a seamless integration with the overall design concept.
