Their presence reflects the calibre of tenants the building continues to attract—forward-thinking businesses seeking a workspace that matches their ambition.

The Vision
The designers were driven by a clear ambition to deliver a building that is both smart and sustainable. The design team focused on how every element could work more intelligently together. From electrical infrastructure and life safety systems to lifts and the building management system, integration was key to enhancing performance across the entire space.
TP Bennett set out to create a striking staircase and matching partitions that would act as a key design feature within the space. The goal was to achieve a refined gold finish with the durability to withstand a high-traffic environment.
A lightweight woven metal mesh was specified, offering the ideal balance of strength, transparency and visual impact that delivers a solution that combines long-term performance with strong architectural presence.
Amron supported this vision through the specification of our woven mesh, contributing to a design that balances technical performance with striking aesthetics. The result is a cohesive environment where innovation, efficiency and sustainable intent come together seamlessly.
Woven Mesh
Our Banker Wire IPZ-56, made from stainless steel, was selected as the base mesh for its strength, sustainability, and long-term reliability. To achieve the desired aesthetic, a PVD coating in Champagne Gold was applied, delivering a rich depth of colour and refined metallic finish that elevates the overall design.
More than just a visual statement, this finish offers exceptional durability. The PVD process enhances the material’s surface hardness, providing outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring the installation maintains its integrity over time.
The result is a solution that perfectly balances performance with design, where material quality, durability and visual impact work in harmony.
