AW100 Series
The AW100 Series is a bespoke framed metal panel system allowing the designer to incorporate bespoke metal mesh and profile designs with a full palette of finishes and textures. This series is typically manufactured from aluminium or steel with the infill panels being welded into demountable angle frames or if perforated can be folded for a more seamless look - then finished as required. We manufacture to sizes to suit the application depending on the materials or finishes required.
These Internal panels can be used in large scale wall features or smaller scale Bar / Reception faces, they are perfect for corridors or lifts and can incorporate lighting to enhance the aesthetic.

The AW100 is a fully customisable system and there are various different framing options available for a wide range of different meshes. Some framing options are dependant on panel sizes and the chosen mesh specification:
The entire Amron AW Series of metal wall panels can be powder coated, anodised or electroplated in a wide range of different finishes.
- Powder coating: RAL, RAL Design or bespoke powder coat finishes.
- Anodising: Only aluminium expanded mesh and aluminium fret cut panels can be anodised.
- Decorative Plating: Only woven mesh can have a decorative plating applied to it, the framework would need to a be a different finish.

The AW100 is a fully modular and adjustable system, resulting in the ability to be configured for straight runs, from 1 panel to multiple panels in a single run. Typical maximum panel widths are 1000mm, however this can be modified to suit site conditions.
Double Stack
The AW100 Series is a fully modular and adjustable system, resulting in the ability to be configured for straight runs and double stack panels to cover a larger area. Typical maximum panel widths are 1000mm, however this can be modified to suit site conditions.
Corner Run
The AW100 is a modular and adjustable system results in the ability to provide panels that can turn corners of almost any angle, whilst still providing a high quality finish.
